Which Nextria product should I choose?
Choose according to the movement you want to train: FORGEGRIP PRO for grip and fingers, WRISTDRIVE PRO for wrist flexion and extension, and WRISTTORQUE PRO for rotation in pronation and supination.
How does FORGEGRIP PRO differ from a standard hand gripper?
FORGEGRIP PRO allows whole-hand squeezing, while its five independent plungers also let you train individual fingers or combinations.
How do WRISTDRIVE PRO and WRISTTORQUE PRO differ?
WRISTDRIVE PRO is designed around wrist flexion, extension and deviation against an external load. WRISTTORQUE PRO mainly targets wrist rotation, including pronation and supination.
How should I start?
Start with resistance or training volume you can easily control. Use slow repetitions without momentum and only increase gradually when the movement remains stable and comfortable.
Can I use Nextria products without going to a gym?
Yes. The range is designed to fit easily into a routine at home or on the go. Some exercises using external resistance simply require a load compatible with the product.
How long does shipping take?
