Product features and availability are shown on the product pages. Use equipment for its intended purpose and follow the supplied instructions. Adapt training to your ability. Our accessories do not replace medical care.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. The order summary shows the total amount payable, including applicable taxes. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Orders

Check your items, quantities and contact details before completing your purchase. Confirmation is sent by email. Contact us promptly if you wish to request a change or cancellation. This does not affect your right of withdrawal.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery takes 6-12 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. See our shipping policy for terms and tracking information. Our customer service team can help if there is a problem.

Returns and guarantees
