Right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without giving a reason. You then have 14 days to return the product. Email contact@shopnextria.com with your name, order number, the product concerned and your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item following withdrawal. You may examine the product as you would in a shop; only diminished value resulting from excessive handling may be deducted. Original packaging is recommended, but its absence does not cancel this right.

Refunds following withdrawal

Refunds are made within 14 days of notification at the latest, using the original payment method. A refund may be withheld until we receive the product or proof of dispatch. Any standard delivery charges paid are refunded; the extra cost of an express delivery option is not.

30-day commercial returns

In addition, our commercial policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unused item in its original condition, with its packaging and accessories. Contact us for instructions and the return address. You are responsible for return costs, except where we made an error or the product does not conform to the contract.

Defective or non-conforming products

Your statutory rights remain in force independently of our commercial returns policy. Where EU consumer law applies, new goods are covered by a legal guarantee of at least two years against lack of conformity. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Remedies and associated costs are handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
